La preferencia de la vía civil a la penal para recobrar la posesión en las ocupaciones pacíficas de inmuebles.

En el presente artículo se analizar los motivos por los que en las ocupaciones pacíficas de inmuebles sin consentimiento el recurso a la vía civil es más eficaz que la penal para la recuperación de la posesión. Dos son las causas por los que estimamos preferible la vía civil: la negativa de un sector de la judicatura para aplicar el delito de usurpación de inmuebles del art. 245.2 CP en los casos que no son graves y la no aplicación de la medida cautelar de devolución anticipada de los inmuebles ocupados a sus dueños. La vía civil es la más efectiva para la recuperación de la vivienda ocupada desde que se modificó el interdicto de recobrar la posesión mediante la Ley 5/2018.

Two cases of type I ACM are described, one of which presented with dizziness in late childhood (case 1), the other with mild intention tremor in adulthood (case 2). Cerebellar ectopia should be considered in monosymptomatic patients even in the absence of other symptoms and signs of C.N.S. dysfunction. Magnetic resonance imaging of the craniocervical junction should be performed because it may be diagnostic for type I ACM.

Carbon dioxide fixation is a polyphyletic trait that has evolved in widely separated prokaryotic branches. The three principal CO2-assimilation pathways are (i) the reductive pentose-phosphate cycle, i. e. the Calvin-Benson cycle; (ii) the reductive citric acid (or Arnon) cycle; and (iii) the net synthesis of acetyl-CoA from CO/CO2, or Wood pathway. Sequence analysis and the comparative biochemistry of these routes suggest that all of them were shaped to a considerable extent by the evolutionary recruitment of enzymes. Periodic and quasi-periodic orbits of the dissipative standard map

We present analytical and numerical investigations of the dynamics of the dissipative standard map. We first study the existence of periodic orbits by using a constructive version of the implicit function theorem; then, we introduce a parametric representation, which provides the interval of the drift parameter ensuring the existence of a periodic orbit with a given period. The determination of quasi--periodic attractors is efficiently obtained using the parametric representation combined with a Newton's procedure, aimed to reduce the error of the approximate solution provided by the parametric representation. Sequential variation in genomic RNA patterns of human rotaviruses isolated from infantile gastroenteritis

The incidence and RNA electrophoretypes of rotaviral isolates obtained from infants and young children with acute gastroenteritis were studied from October, 1985 through April, 1986. Analysis of the viral RNA was carried out by Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis followed by silver staining. Fourteen electrophoretypes were identified. A single dominant electrophoretype was found during the first months of the rotavirus seasonal outbreak. In contrast, a large variety of RNA patterns were observed during the latter portion of the study period. The commonly used Catalan lexicons (DCVB, DECLC, the vocabulary of Lluis Faraudo de Saint-Germain) collect words and give them meaning from ancient editions of texts. Lexicographers’ performance had its own logic: they used the documentary sources they had at their disposal when they set up to write their works. The advances in philological research (new critical editions, new sources of information) allow us to refine results and detect errors that occurred in old editions and went into dictionaries.
